MidiNES

Midines is a hardware / cartridge interface (game) that enables MIDI control of the 8bit NES sound chip. Midines allows the 8bit NES to join the ranks along side other retro gear in the professional MIDI recording studio. NesFX is a retro graphic visualization that is seeded by the incoming MIDI sound data, and is included with Midines.

Taking a weed break. Just finished beating my head against the wall trying to figure out why my NN-XT sampler in Reason 5.0 wasn’t working. Gio jumped on board trying to walk me through on Facebook, and with some retracing of steps, I accidently fixed it.

I’m kissing the times of working without hardware good bye, I’m refreshing the status of my keyboard to use in conjunction with Reason. How do you write MIDI music without a MIDI keyboard? Over the period of a long time.

I mean, listen to {pic}, at http://wearepic.org. Fucking took forever to write that all out.
